It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.

Please note that the apartment is located right next to the Wheeling Island Casino and Wheeling Island Stadium, walking distance to Suspension Bridge, downtown, and interstate. Feel at home in our quiet apartment, whether you are playing, watching, site seeing or just passing by. Enjoy Wheeling while staying at our beautiful place. We allow pets.

Wheeling Island is known for the Wheeling Island Casino if you feel lucky. Also, close to gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, and much more.

Grand By Design Farm Guest Suite

We love everything about our hillside home next to Grand Vue Park and enjoy how much our guest love it too. This space was designed with love and attention to detail. The extremely spacious suite with private entrance has a beautiful covered deck overlooking our hillside pasture and the wooded land behind us. An entire wall of windows offer perfect views. Many guest say the King size bed is most comfortable they have ever slept in . The bathroom is simply dreamy.

Bay’s BNB Home Away from Home

Keep it simple at this Peaceful, Private Home. Built in 1915, you will love the 2025 vintage vibe. Each Room has a Cozy, Queen Size Bed, Standard Futon and TV with Netflix, Prime & Paramount Plus (although I do encourage you to "unplug"). There are 4 Bedrooms and plenty of shared space, including my Therapeutic 2-person Hot Tub that is sure to take the edge off after a long day of traveling! Join us for a quick getaway or long-term stay.

The Gibson House!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Wheeling casino, Ogelbay, Wheeling Park, 6 Golf Courses, and multiple restaurants are just a short drive away from this location. A few things are on the property. 1. Fishing poles are under the back porch. Feel free to use. 2. There is usually firewood on the side of the house. Feel free to use.
