This unique holiday home, with a decking area of the wirral waterfront has a style all of its own! + free parking( if reserved ) please note, there are steps down to the property, (as we are situated on a road with a hill) the steps take you down to a beautiful view from the garden decking ,and then on to our very stylish lower apartment , cruise ships and other vessels sailing along , which can be seen clearly ,a very relaxing place to stay while you enjoy sitting on the decking area.!

Formby is a picturesque town surrounded by beautiful countryside and a wonderful beach. Your family will be staying in a beautiful ground floor apartment right in the centre of town. It’s a 1 minute walk to amazing independent shops, pubs and restaurants. There is a swimming pool and play park within walking distance. There are nice woodland walks. There is a red squirrel nature reserve. You can have days out to Crosby, Southport, Liverpool, Manchester and Blackpool too.

A comfortable double room with modern en-suite bathroom in our family home. A very short walk to the beautiful Egremont promenade with views of the Liverpool skyline. Free on road parking directly outside the property with lots of shops and amenities nearby. Very close to Liscard, handy for New Brighton and great transport links to Liverpool nearby if need be (either bus or ferry). Fast fibre WiFi, access to kitchen with utensils and crockery.

A peaceful retreat in a stunning setting

The views from the apartment are amazing. You are next to the sailing club and near several golf courses . Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.
