Honeypot Cottage, Broadoak Cottages, Underbarrow

Honeypot Cottage è una stalla ristrutturata in una piccola tenuta di campagna privata nella valle Lyth, nel Lake District, con strada privata, stagni e campi, perfetta per esplorare la zona, ben posizionata, rurale e tranquilla. Ricca fauna selvatica e passeggiate in abbondanza, il pub locale è a pochi passi lungo una strada di campagna. L'esclusivo spazio abitativo a pianta aperta al piano superiore dispone di un accogliente caminetto a legna, di una zona pranzo e di una cucina compatta, e sfrutta appieno il panorama con accesso al giardino tramite un balcone.

Questo cottage Brigsteer ecologico con angolo cottura confina con la proprietà dei proprietari, ma vanta un patio privato e appartato con vista sulla valle di Lyth. Comprende una cucina open space completamente attrezzata, una zona pranzo e una zona giorno con una stufa a legna e un'ampia porta scorrevole in vetro che si affaccia sul patio lastricato di ardesia e sulla valle.
