Sia il soggiorno che la cucina sono dotati di una stufa a legna, oltre al riscaldamento a pavimento e a parete. La cucina è dotata di piano cottura a 6 fuochi, forno grande, frigorifero e congelatore, lavastoviglie e vari elettrodomestici. Il letto di design si trova nel soggiorno. Sulla terrazza privata si trova la doccia esterna. Nel giardino con vista sul Reno ci sono diversi posti a sedere e barbecue.
