Beautiful Farmhouse & Majestic Waterfall

La Sparrow House è uno splendido casale con un sentiero privato che conduce a una maestosa cascata di 120 piedi. Con carte da parati vintage, oggetti d'antiquariato eclettici, un accogliente camino, una sauna in cedro all'aperto, un grande cortile recintato circondato da viti di caprifoglio e una spettacolare vista sulle montagne, la casa è un luogo di fuga perfetto nella natura incontaminata e nelle foreste ancora selvagge dei Catskills. La cascata è un luogo davvero magico e considerato un luogo sacro. La casa non è adatta a gruppi rumorosi o feste. 🙏🦋🙌

Immersa nella montagna, questa bella casa con tre camere da letto ha un carattere unico, dal portico coperto anteriore ai corrimano in legno di betulla che conducono al loft. I panorami sono bucolici: sul retro si trova la catena montuosa di Catskill, mentre sul davanti si affaccia su Helderbergs. Si tratta di una posizione molto desiderabile, a soli 15 minuti da Ski Windham. Il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo presentano soffitti a cattedrale, mentre la grande cucina vanta travi a vista. I lucernari e le grandi finestre portano l'esterno all'interno.

Il cottage è arretrato, appartato, incredibilmente accogliente e meravigliosamente romantico. È un luogo per riconnettersi e ricaricarsi, per ascoltare il fiume e il vento tra gli alberi, concedersi pranzi lenti e lunghe passeggiate e ammirare davvero i monti Catskill.
