It is a private, self-contained space Complete with shower room, wc & sink. Kitchenette: Fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle & toaster. WIFI & Smart TV, & outside terrace with sea glimpses. There is a small sofa/sofabed (not suitable for adults to sleep on).

The stone built 200 year old original Devon milking parlour has been converted into a luxury holiday home, retaining the scissor beam trusses. Open plan living with range cooker and cosy wood burner. Five acres of grounds surrounding with a pond, stream and orchard. In the courtyard of buildings is the indoor heated 11 meter pool, with showers and private changing facilities.
