Mawheraiti is more than just accommodation it’s a destination. Mawheraiti is a 1400 hectare working farm with native forests/bush and private fishing holes. The farm backs on to the Paparoa National Park so the views are always amazing. 15 minutes up the road is the quant town of Reefton with outstanding mountain bike tracks catering for every level and Little Biddy Gin distillery for those who aren’t as active. 5 minutes up the road is one of a few gold prospecting areas you can pan for gold.

Its a short walk to the Tasman Sea Beach from which to view magical sunsets or storms. The Ghost Trail Cycleway and tramping track comes out 8km away & Heaphy 1hr20 away.
