You’ll love my place because of the location, so close to everything and no noisy traffic, it is very quiet. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. You really do need a car to get around. We do have Uber and Cabs.

This unique property is absolute oceanfront. It has the main residence and two private fully self contained apartments. Our friendly managers Jan and Steve live onsite with their little dog Charlie. The upstairs one bedroom apartment has stunnning views with ensuite and spa. Pets are very welcome but we ask that they are not left unattended. We offer doggie sitting at very reasonable rates and provide pet friendly ideas. All our relaxing outside areas overlook the ocean.

It is not attached to the main house, but still close enough to the house we live in. I can provide a travel cot for an infant if required. The studio set back from the road. The rear garden offers a shady area to relax. There is off road parking Only 15 minutes drive to a number of beautiful safe beaches and parks.

Harry and Philippa live on site, along with two dogs, two cats, one horse Jubilee, 5 sheep, chickens and a flock of guinea fowl that come and go.

The house is located in a cul-de-sac, just a 10 minute walk from the beach. There's plenty of space with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and a covered outdoor patio. Your 4-legged family members are also welcome. The property is fully fenced, we just request they are kept outside to help maintain the house to a high standard. Woodgate also has a dog friendly beach.
