Fu un mentore di LBJ e coinvolto nella spinta per il finanziamento della diga di Mansfield insieme a Lyndon Johnson e al senatore degli Stati Uniti JJ Mansfield... Si dice che Johnson abbia ricevuto la benedizione delle élite democratiche del Texas per candidarsi al Senato degli Stati Uniti nella capanna sul lago del giudice Starnes a Volente." -Will Taylor

Il nostro Rustler's Crossing Cabin è immerso nel bosco tra grandi querce. Se cerchi un soggiorno molto privato e appartato, questo alloggio fa al caso tuo! Il parcheggio si trova a 40 metri dalla baita. C'è un sacco di spazio per parcheggiare i rimorchi se vai in mountain bike o in barca. Puoi goderti il portico tutta la notte se ti piace ululare alla luna e alle stelle. Goditi le capre: Don Juan è il capo, Pedro è il coniglio principale. Lo chalet è dotato di frigorifero di grandi dimensioni, ampio lavello e fornello a due fuochi.

L'accogliente chalet sul lago si trova nella tranquilla parte interna di una penisola con accesso al lago a soli 100 metri a piedi dall'alloggio. Completo di rampa per barche. Puoi portare la barca in spiaggia. Ottimo per nuotare e pescare dalla riva. Goditi l'ampio focolare vicino all'acqua. Può ospitare da 2 a 4 persone ed è completamente attrezzato. Puoi sederti e goderti il dondolo del portico o accendere il focolare. La piscina non chiude mai. Affittiamo un altro chalet e un camper, quindi è possibile che sia condivisa.

Come stay for a relaxing time overlooking the San Gabriel River with a beautiful panoramic view. It is a safe wonderful get-a-way for fresh air and shaded walks. The Cabin has its own driveway/parking.There is a well defined path, 5 min walk to the River, where you can relax, picnic,swim, Kayak or fish. At Cabin we have Volleyball, Cornhole, Horseshoes, Tetherball, Fire-pit wood, pool for you and your family to enjoy in warm weather with privacy. *Sorry but we will not be able to host parties.
