Questa casa VINTAGE originale di metà secolo, ristrutturata e con tanto spazio a disposizione, è l'ambiente perfetto per riunioni intime o una fuga tranquilla e privata. La nostra casa è di 315 metri quadrati e si trova su oltre un ettaro, con viste idilliache su alberi secolari, pascoli per cavalli e Bidwell Park. Abbiamo due bambini piccoli, quindi l'alloggio è predisposto per gruppi familiari che vogliono rilassarsi e godersi il tempo in famiglia. Non accettiamo prenotazioni di grandi gruppi di giovani. Nessuna persona in più all'interno della proprietà.

We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .

This is a shared, working property with four active commercial greenhouses with vegetables gardens and periodic caretaker presence. Greenhouse areas are not accessible. Access requires a high-clearance 4WD vehicle and a scheduled meet-up for guided arrival. Best suited for independent, rural-minded guests.
