Costruita negli anni '30 sulla base del progetto di una baita di Rehoboth Beach, la "Clubhouse" è stata edificata per gli ospiti di città che volevano godersi un po' di pace e tranquillità nella Carolina del Nord rurale. Recentemente ristrutturata, adatta alle famiglie, con un sacco di terreno boschivo da esplorare, parcheggio per camper/roulotte e pascolo recintato con acqua. Wifi gratuito. Animali domestici ammessi (massimo due). Il pascolo può essere adatto a cavalli che non saltano il recinto e possono andare d'accordo con 3-4 giovenche.
