Completely reformed and with capacity for 5 people, it has 2 bedrooms, a large living room, fully-fitted bathroom and kitchen.  Also available Free Wifi. It features a large furnished patio with sea and mountain views. The accommodation is also well situated - being only about 200 metres from natural sea water pools, 15 km to the city of Las Palmas and the port of Agaete.

Im Anbau befinden sich die Wohnküche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Panoramafenster und Dusche sowie die separate Toilette/Waschraum. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse und eine Dachterrasse mit Chillout-Bereich und Barbeque.
