Questo chalet è solo una parte della nostra attività, che si chiama Round Pond Lodging, dove offriamo la possibilità di cacciare cervi e tacchini durante la stagione. Un altro vantaggio della nostra proprietà è che siamo a pochi minuti dalla Shawnee National Forest, dal fiume Ohio, dall'Harrah's Casino e da Paducah, in Kentucky, sede dell'AQS Quilt Show. Ogni nostra proprietà offre una vista sul tranquillo e bellissimo paesaggio che chiamiamo casa. Il nostro alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e grandi gruppi.

Casa con due camere da letto recentemente ristrutturata situata in una piccola e sonnolenta cittadina del fiume, a soli 15 minuti di auto da Paducah. Questa casa offre tutti i servizi di questa tranquilla cittadina. La casa si trova proprio di fronte alla vecchia casa di corte storica nella sede della contea di Livingston. Mentre sei qui, fai una passeggiata panoramica fino al fiume; alla confluenza di Cumberland e Ohio Rivers. Bellissima e accogliente cittadina. A pochi minuti da Grand Rivers, Land Between the Lakes o Paducah!

Si tratta di un bilocale nel seminterrato della nostra casa, senza spese di pulizia perché vogliamo che lo tratti come se fosse la tua casa. C'è un ingresso indipendente e l'accesso a 26 acri di colline e alberi. Abbiamo due cavalli nella proprietà e diamo da mangiare a un numero di cervi compreso tra 3 e 15 ogni sera. Siamo a 6,7 km dalla I-24 e a 11,2 km dal lago del Kentucky, da Patti's, da Turtle Bay e dal porto turistico. Cucina completa disponibile e splendidi tramonti. È bellissimo, le parole non possono rendergli giustizia.

Nice, clean, pet friendly, place to stay that is 10 minutes from Patti's 1880's Settlement, several marinas including Green Turtle Bay & Lighthouse Landing as well as both KY Dam & Barkley Dam, & 25 minutes from Paducah KY. Land Between the Lakes is a short 15 minute drive. Fisherman & hunters are welcome, plenty of parking & space to turn around to accommodate boat trailers. Perfect for travel nurses as well. Located 3 miles from I-24 Exit 31. Large dog run in the back yard!

(4 queen beds). 2 comfortable couches that could be used for kids to sleep on if more sleeping arrangements were needed. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets… Beautiful, and immaculately maintained. Driveway will accommodate multiple cars. Located between Paducah and the lakes. 12 miles to the sports park. 15 minutes to the mall, or to Kentucky and Barkley lakes.

Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Please note that since this listing is in my personal family home, I will only host those with positive reviews.
