Preciosa finca con el terreno vallado, a 15 minutos de la playa de arena a pie. La finca está rodeada de pinos, espacios para los niños jugar. Casa en primer piso con: Terraza con muebles,2 dormitorios matrimoniales, 2dormitorios individuales, 2baños,(puertas comunicativas) sala de estar, comedor/cocina. En la finca hay otra vivienda completamente independiente. Zonas comunes: huerto con árboles frutales, verduras ecológicas, preciosos jardines, piscina privada, barbacoa y aparcamiento dentro.

The house, of modern construction (2010), and with a functional decoration, has a lot of natural lighting, due to its large windows and orientation. It has a nice and large area of terraces and garden, where the pool is located, and a chill out area to enjoy the outside, as well as a barbecue. The house is fully equipped, has air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi connection.
