This dog friendly corner property is only a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive to Town Bank Beach with free parking and no beach tags required all year. Dogs are allowed on the beach before 11 AM and after 4 PM in summer. There is a fenced in yard to keep your family & dog safe. You will enjoy our large screened-in rear patio and outside solar shower. Linens and towels are NOT provided but may be rented from local companies. Washer & Dryer and many other amenities. Enjoy your stay! No Smoking pls.

Ocean City Nj Peaceful 3 Bedroom Villa

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Beautiful beaches less than 3 min drive. Free parking at the beach. Four (4) free beach passes. We will leave for you a beach umbrella, 6 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, beach racket ball, corn hole and a bucket with sand toys for kids. We have a volleyball and soccer ball. There is a beautiful patio and a porch in the premises. The sun hits the patio in the morning and the porch in the afternoon. There is a BBQ in the house.
