Our house offers a great outdoor deck for Entertaining. Spacious living room, dining room along with a washer & dryer! It has been remolded but still has its Imperfections. Quite safe neighborhood. Limited street parking. Plenty of back yard parking! If you are mountain biking - we have a secured basement to store bikes

The Dorothy house is in a great location. It is only 1.6 miles from Williamsburg Waterpark and The Mint, and about 2 miles from the University of the Cumberlands, Walmart, and downtown Williamsburg. It offers a country setting, but it is within driving distance of area attractions, such as Cumberland Falls State Park and Big South Fork. It offers the best of both worlds. It is great place just to relax; sit on the porch or deck and watch for wildlife or read a book.

The home backs the Appalachia Trail Mountain Range. There is county authorized, public road access for ATVs (All Terrain Vehicles) to the Wind Rock ATV Park and the City of Rocky Top, TN. Dog-friendly home built in 2010 on a peaceful and remote location that overlooks Norris Lake (just 35 minutes north of Knoxville), with a view to the Cumberland Mountains. Sleeps 5 who are seeking peace, quiet, and tranquility. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until early October.
