Birdhouses a very unique place in the sunset side of the island, in front of water. Very private and in contact with nature. Wonderful place for star gazing or bird watching, provides with wifi, cable tv, ac, king size bed, balcony with table, two chairs and a hammock. Safe, spacious and airy bathroom with hot water and a small but fully equipped kitchenette. Bicycles included! Steps to go up to the deck and steeper steps to go from the first floor to bedroom in the second to get more view!

APT. 4 is the only one in second floor with a real big veranda all around, thatched roof with chairs and a table. A great view of the pool and the garden with a lot of privacy. The Pool House apartment is located on one of the prettiest streets in Caye Caulker. The views overlook the beautiful gardens and the cool inviting pool. It is the only rental on the property in a very private and quiet neighborhood - only minutes (5) ride to town. There is a restaurant right across the way for breakfast and dinner. The property is on island electricity, but also has on-grid solar power and electric generator. All Airbnb guests must be 25 years or older.

Piquitololo is a small studio apartment located on our tree-filled property in a residential area of the island. It has a private porch, a private rooftop deck, small full kitchen, AC, fans, wifi, Smart TV with Netflix & Disney+, one queen size bed, unlimited drinking water and BIKES! BBQ grill & picnic table located in shared yard. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.

This is a second floor unit with a great view of the Caribbean sea, we are located two minutes walk from the famous split and close by restaurants, super markets, tour operators and five minutes walk from the water taxi.
