La proprietà di 7 acri vanta uno stagno sereno rifornito di koi, carpa e pesce d'oro che può essere visto dal portico avvolgente. Si trova nelle immediate vicinanze di numerose opzioni per la ristorazione e attività come la nautica, la pesca, le escursioni e l'antiquariato nei negozi locali e nei mercati delle pulci.
