Costruita di recente dalla nostra famiglia nel 2022, la casa dispone di un portico posteriore schermato, un braciere, il wifi e un ampio molo privato proprio sul fiume Ocklawaha. Tutto questo a soli 10 minuti da The Villages, dove è possibile fare shopping e divertirsi. Situata in posizione centrale a 1 ora e mezza da Disney, Daytona Beach e Tampa. L'accesso con chiave di sicurezza è disponibile per il check-in in qualsiasi momento della giornata.

LUNGOMARE! La Boat House è una residenza privata di 74 m² costruita direttamente sul lago Dora, che offre viste panoramiche sul lago. Situato sulla famosa Boat House Row di Mount Dora, proprio nel cuore del centro di Mount Dora, dove puoi alzarti dal letto e raggiungere a piedi una delle pittoresche caffetterie. La Boat House era un tempo un capannone per barche in stagno con pavimenti aperti sull'acqua e ospitava due barche. Oggi troverai arredi caldi e accoglienti, letti confortevoli, una posizione tranquilla e tramonti ogni sera!
