LOFT 444 is a spacious loft in downtown Minonk, IL. Decorated in modern industrial and has that homey feeling that just makes you want to stay the minute you walk in! Walking distance to bar/restaurants, Minonk Lanes, Woodford Pub, Riff’s, Brick House Coffee Shop, Joe’s Pizza, and The Sweet Shop. Unique Historic Studio w/loft

Built in the year 1900, this was the very first bank in Hanna City! Located in the rear of our brick building is the unique & fun apartment with it's own entrance. An outdoor area near the door w/table &chairs for guest use. *No smoking of any kind in our home or near the door *($250 fine)*We are NOT a cannabis friendly property. In Illinois it is illegal to possess or use cannabis on private property without the owner's permission. *To reach the bedroom/living area you must climb a ladder*

Enjoy an exclusive view of the River, the FM Train Depot and Old Fort Madison from this 2nd floor true-studio apt. The space has modern décor and all of the comforts of home. Railfans will enjoy the trains and river fans will enjoy the unique east-west river movement. There will be train sounds! The space comfortably sleeps two adults in its queen size Murphy bed. The Courthouse Loft resides in the historic courthouse used in the mid 1900s on the second floor of The City House. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub! Mid century and historic style will wrap you in comfort and luxury during your stay. We are above a coffee shop, so pop downstairs for breakfast and your morning brew! Oh, and never a cleaning fee!
