Graziosa casa ristrutturata a meno di 8 km dallo stadio Denny. Ampio parcheggio, ampio cortile privato recintato, terrazza e portico schermato con TV. La casa si affaccia sul parco del campus Veterans Affairs, che dispone di una pista pubblica per camminare/fare jogging. La pista si snoda fino all'Arboretum dell'Università dell'Alabama. C'è un negozio all'angolo a meno di mezzo miglio di distanza. La camera padronale ha un letto king-size, mentre la seconda camera da letto ha un letto queen-size. Ci sono due salotti, uno con letto a castello e scrivania e uno con divano

Con il tuo soggiorno nel nostro Cozy Cottage sarai vicino a tutto. Si trova a 2 minuti di auto da Main Street, da molti ristoranti, negozi di alimentari e dalla U of Montevallo. Parchi tranquilli - Orr, Shoal Creek, Ebenezer Swamp, Cahaba National Wildlife Refuge e Brierfield SP - ti permettono di immergerti nella natura. Rilassati sorseggiando un drink sull'altalena del portico anteriore o sulla terrazza sul retro. Dormi sonni tranquilli su materassi nuovi. Il nostro cottage ha una cucina ben attrezzata e abbiamo un ampio parcheggio fuori strada. Buona permanenza!

Vieni a rilassarti in questo monolocale unico e accogliente e goditi un ambiente rurale tranquillo. Il monolocale si trova a 1,6 km da Newbern, lungo un'autostrada principale a 16 km a sud di Greensboro, 32 km a est di Demopolis e 80 km a sud di Tuscaloosa. Il monolocale ha pavimenti in mattoni, mentre le pareti interne in legno e le travi sono state ricavate da legno di stalla rigenerato. Vogliamo che i nostri ospiti si rilassino con una buona tazza di caffè, una bella dormita e il tempo per godersi un tramonto in Alabama dalle sedie del portico anteriore!

C'è una barca piuttosto vecchia, con remi, in buone condizioni (non esitare a portare la tua canoa o barca). A disposizione degli ospiti un pedalò e una tavola da SUP, e la possibilità di nuotare. Goditi una passeggiata nella proprietà e visita la casa e il frutteto in loco per gustare gratuitamente frutta e verdura di stagione. Divertiti vicino al focolare esterno arrostendo marshmallow con amici e familiari!
