Benvenuti nella nostra moderna minicasa minimalista situata a 800 metri dalla spiaggia del Warren Dunes State Park e a 2,4 chilometri da tutto ciò che l'area di Sawyer, in Michigan, ha da offrire. Tiny è la seconda abitazione di questa proprietà e tecnicamente è una minicasa mobile. Anche se abbiamo elettricità e acqua, proprio come in un camper, gli scarichi vanno verso i serbatoi di raccolta. Ciò significa un USO MOLTO LIMITATO DELL'ACQUA per docce e servizi igienici. Dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata, di un bagno e di un letto matrimoniale nel piccolo soppalco.

Il letto matrimoniale può ospitare due persone, mentre il divano nella stanza principale è profondo e può ospitarne un'altra. Wifi e Roku abilitati. Piccola vacanza perfetta!

South Bend historic cottage in the National Historic District of Chapin Park. Close to Notre Dame. One dog is welcome. No cats. There is a queen sized bed and a sofa, NOT sofa bed in the sitting room. This cottage built in 1912. Private and cozy, the cottage has a big screen TV, wifi and a gourmet kitchen. The owner lives almost directly behind and is available and happy to assist. Chapin Park's tree-lined, brick streets and diverse historic architecture are charming. No smoking.

South Bend, IN and New Carlisle, IN Area

This guest home has everything you need for a great stay. A beautiful location in the county with easy access to the South Bend airport, Notre Dame and the rapidly developing towns of New Carlisle and Mishawaka, IN. A one bedroom with a queen bed and a full-size daybed in the living area. A nice sectional with recliners. A full kitchen that includes a few beverages and snacks for your convenience. A patio door with a deck and a great sunset! A clean little place to kick back and relax.
