Abbiamo costruito questa casa a 2 piani 6 anni fa e si trova su Washington St, nel quartiere storico della città. La casa è arretrata rispetto alla strada e presenta un lungo vialetto in stile country. L'abbiamo progettata con ampie finestre in tutte le camere, per accogliere la luce del sole e offrire un ambiente tranquillo. Accesso al garage pulito e vuoto per riporre oggetti (parcheggio non disponibile). Non abbiamo oggetti personali nel livello degli ospiti: tutti gli armadi e i cassetti sono vuoti e a vostra completa disposizione! Il co-host risiede nella suite con ingresso indipendente al piano inferiore. Nulla è condiviso.

Graziosa oasi di campagna in una casa storica ristrutturata di 125 anni, a 35 minuti di auto dal centro di Boston. (È necessaria un'arrampicata importante sulle scale per raggiungere la camera da letto.) Accolgo ospiti tranquilli e maturi in quanto questo è un ambiente molto tranquillo (senza feste). Ci troviamo su una strada panoramica nella sofisticata Dover, Ma, un ambiente pendolare/paese, con chilometri di sentieri escursionistici e strade ideali per andare in bicicletta. Possiedo e amo questa casa da 35 anni e sono molto felice del suo fascino e degli spazi esterni.
