Villa etagen er ca. 120 m2 og rummer kæmpe åbent køkken, spise- samt opholdsstue i ét. Stort soveværelse med dobbeltseng. Sovesofa i stuen. Badeværelse med bruser.

You will immediately feel at home in my modern 100 sq. apartment located just 20 min. north of Copenhagen, close to beaches and woods in one of the most attractive areas in Denmark. My home consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room combined. A lovely, spacious balcony is placed on the sunny side with view to a small garden. The apartment is perfect for families or couples. Pets are allowed. No lift.

I vil have Dyrehaven, Bellevue strand og Klampenborg station i få minutters gåafstand - og dermed være i centrum af København med alle dens kunstmuseer og fristelser på 15 min med Kystbanetoget. Min frodige have og skønne træterrasse er oplagt til stille stunder og div hygge med ell uden markisens skygge. Endvidere rummer mit hus, masser af ældre hyggelig indretning + træterrasse også på 1.sal.

Stue, fire soveværelser, altan, køkken, bad, vaskemaskine og opvaskemaskine. Soveværelse med dobbeltseng, 2 værelser med enkeltsenge, og 1 værelse med to senge. Der er brætspil, WiFi og fuldt køkken. Tæt på Dyrehaven, Bakken, stranden, Galopbanen og Travbanen. Kæledyr tilladt. Fester ikke tilladt. Rygning indendøre ikke tilladt.

A perfect house for a family and friends gathering with 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers (one bathroom ensuit) and one toilet. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds (180x200cm) and the rest of the rooms have small dobble beds (140x200cm). We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share. We have a big garden with a barbecue area and 400 m. down to the seashore. Approx. 7 min. walk to the train station and 15 min by train up to Copenhagen city center. In

Relax in the beautiful surroundings of Northern Copenhagen. Only 10 km from Central Copenhagen. 3 minutes walk from the train station taking you to central Copenhagen in 15 minutes every 10 minutes. 10 minutes walk from the Bellevue beach and Dyrehaven with the beautiful woods and fauna and the world renowned fun fair Dyrehavsbakken. Ordrupvej is a quiet yet bustling street with shops and cafées. Free parking behind the building or round the corner of Holmegaardsvej.
