Semplicemente in questo tranquillo cottage a Sedan, in Kansas. Grazie al facile accesso alla caccia e al birdwatching, la casa dispone di una cucina completa, lavatrice e asciugatrice, riscaldamento centralizzato e aria, bagno completo e accesso per disabili. Questa casa secolare fa parte della mia famiglia da quando è stata costruita negli anni '20. Si trova adiacente a una casa in pietra a due piani costruita dal mio bisnonno nel 1882. La camera da letto può ospitare due persone. Un divano letto queen-size e pieghevole può ospitare anche due persone. Dispone inoltre di un ampio parcheggio.

Questa è una casa vecchia, pulita e pulita, ben tenuta e dotata di tutti i comfort moderni. Si trova nella pittoresca Cedar Vale, in Kansas. La casa si trova su 3 lotti di città e include un fienile, un capanno per fare un lettino e un piccolo garage per auto singola annesso. La zona di Cedar Vale è uno dei segreti meglio custoditi del Kansas, con il fiume Caney che attraversa la zona. Ci sono diverse opportunità per uscire e godersi il fiume e altre attrazioni.
