Take it easy at our beautiful cabin in Hot Springs, NC surrounded by nature and farm animals. Panther Branch Farm spans 30 acres of mountains, streams, waterfalls, and hiking trails. On our small farm we have chickens, bees, goats, and alpacas that love to be hand-fed. Originally a pole barn workshop, the cabin has been expanded into a peaceful retreat built with local lumber. Unwind in our outdoor spa with sauna and a spring bath or simply relax and take in the serenity of the National Forest.

Custom built with plant and farm lovers in mind, with greenhouses full of amazing plants to explore. You can visit our farm during your stay to meet our livestock too. Located on 60 acres of wooded land only minutes from the Appalachian Trail. It’s in a spectacular and unique location with easy road access and Hot Tub too.

Rocky Ridge is a beautiful secluded cabin with breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains and Douglas lake. The cabin sleeps 6 and has a fully stocked kitchen, two large bedrooms with king size beds, a sleeper sofa in the loft, a master bath with double shower heads and soaking tub, a living room with a cozy fireplace, an arcade table, hammock and rocking chairs on the wrap around porch, propane grill, charcoal grill, fire pit, and much more. This is the place to enjoy the Smoky Mountains!!

We are situated in the middle so you can go either way without a lot of driving. This is an easy stop-over if you are traveling 81 and just need a sweet place to rest in your journey. We take great care to foresee any need you may have while staying with us.

Asheville is only a few minutes away and is home to some of the best restaurants you can find. Arts, crafts, shopping etc. are at your fingertips as well as tons of hiking trails.

Cozy Lakefront Cottage with Mountain Views

Come relax & enjoy our charming cottage on the main channel of Douglas Lake. Experience breathtaking sunsets, lakeside bonfires, & refreshing dips in the cool water. Our home offers kayaks for your use, or you can rent a pontoon at the nearby marina. Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. We allow ONE pet with the prepaid pet fee but ask you clean up after them, crate when unattended, & follow TN leash laws.
