Situato a pochi minuti dal centro e dai suoi fantastici negozi, dalla gastronomia e dalla vita notturna, dall'ETSU e dalla storica Jonesborough. L'ampio cortile recintato offre molto spazio per riunioni e per bambini e animali domestici che possono giocare liberamente. Il portico anteriore è perfetto sia per il caffè del mattino che per le chiacchierate a tarda notte. Vicino a Bristol, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg e Asheville, in Carolina del Nord, per gite di un giorno. Siamo a misura di bambino e di animale domestico!

A 15 minuti di auto, goditi il Grandfather Mountain State Park o la Blue Ridge Parkway. Sugar Mountain Ski e Boone, NC, si trovano a 30 minuti di auto.

Questa è una minicasa indipendente che condivide un vialetto con la mia casa. Il cottage dispone di un bagno completo con lavanderia, cucina, un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto principale e un divano letto nel soggiorno. Ampio parcheggio privato per veicoli più grandi o per chi traina un rimorchio.
