Beautiful tiny house with all of the amenities. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and more. Bathroom with bathtub. Queen-sized bed in sleeping loft accessible via stairs. Outside space both in the front and back. Back outside space is fully covered from the rain and a lovely area. A great place to call home for two people while in town for work, or exploring our PNW wonderland. One hour from the coast, and from the Cascades, in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.

Use this spot as a home base for all your adventures. Just 20 minutes from the Eugene Airport. You will enjoy short drives to the Oregon coast, mountain hikes, wine tasting, local u-pick market farms and more. We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. Beautiful views everywhere you look. **Please note: There is no smoking allowed anywhere on our property

Hillside Cabin Retreat

Immerse yourself in nature in our serene tiny cabin in the woods. Secluded & private, yet minutes to the city & university! Enjoy your meals & watch the wildlife & sunsets from the large front deck. Relax & read a book in the hammock or watch the birds & enjoy the view from the terraced gardens. Fall asleep to the calls of the great horned owl! Large windows, well stocked kitchenette & outdoor shower create the perfect nature escape. Only 4 miles to Hayward Field, the U of O & Downtown Eugene!

Country Art Studio with private outside area

You will love our art studio, it's a little off the beaten path but super quite, safe and you can see deer grazing in the pasture. The studio offers self check-in/out has it's own little yard. The studio is great for short or longterm stays, business travelers, families, and furry friends (dogs). 1000 sq. feet with natural light and high ceilings with two private rooms. Master bed has Bamboo sheets from Cozy Earth. We live in the house and are generally available to help with anything.

Enjoy the comforts of home in a brand new apartment located close to the airport. Our location is centrally located about an hour from the gorgeous Oregon coast, an hour and a half from Portland and a few miles for eccentric Eugene. The 1,400 square foot upstairs apartment features a bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom, eating nook, great room with large sectional and kitchenette. Scenic cabin with a creek view

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Pool house with hot tub and extras (year round)

Bring the whole family or use it as a private get away. Bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3 people. The queen bed by the hot tub and pool sleeps 2 (privacy curtains). There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.

Retrofitted one-room outbuilding with loft on 70+ acres in a gorgeous setting with private, gated driveway. Set back 400' from quiet rural lane. Charming, rustic, cozy, secluded and very private, this country gem is just minutes from 9 local wineries. WiFi, DVD player, Netflix. Friendly dogs welcome, please let us know.
