Close enough to everything at this just off town centre location. Close access to the A14, M11, Camb Business Park and Science Park. Camb North train station is closest. It’s a 15-20 minute walk into town. Close to the river. There are local shops in both directions. There is free parking on the drive. 3 min walk to the bus stop. The spacious room has a double bed, large desk, TV, plenty of storage and large en-suite. This is a room only within a family home. No Kitchen or laundry facilities.

Hazelnut Studio is a pretty, one bed guest house located in the garden of a Grade II listed cottage. It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

Guests have the use of the entire apartment which consists of one double bedroom with ensuite shower room, kitchen, living/dining room and decked patio area. Sorry no children or pets. Non-mobile babies are welcome. Strictly no smoking or vaping. There is no on-street parking.

A kitchen is located nearby.

Our lovely Garden Room is a self-contained studio with its own deck in a private and enclosed space in our garden. Situated in a quiet residential area of Cambridge, we are a 5-minute walk to the River Cam and Jesus Green lock, and a 15-minute walk to the market and the centre of town with its historic university colleges, range of museums, numerous gastro pubs, cafés, restaurants and wide variety of shops. WiFi + Sky TV included. Free parking on street.

You will enjoy a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. 2 bicycles included in the price (to borrow). We will provide towels and basic cooking essentials. The house is based in a very quiet area but still with easy access to the centre of town and to science Park. Cambridge North railway station is less than a mile away. We always clean properly however the property has old wooden floors which may look a bit shabby. The annexe was built in the 90s.

Happy to share our well-equipped kitchen with our guests. The house is close to shops, 5-minutes walk to ARM, 10 minutes from Addenbrooke's Hospital and 20-30 minutes bus ride to the city centre. Free car parking is available on the road, in front of the house.
