Su 3 acri in una zona tranquilla nel centro dell'isola, la casa si trova in una zona boscosa che conduce a numerosi sentieri dell'isola. La città di West Tisbury si trova a 2,4 km di distanza e dispone di una panetteria, un negozio di alimentari, una biblioteca e una chiesa. Il soggiorno include l'accesso alla spiaggia privata della città, Lamberts Cove, che è una delle preferite dell'isola e dista solo 3 km.

A causa della vicinanza al fiume, il cottage dispone di servizi igienici a compostaggio. Io e mia moglie viviamo nella proprietà in collina, a poca distanza dal cottage. La struttura si trova in campagna, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro del paese.
