Zona commerciale tranquilla di giorno, silenziosa di notte, con ingresso privato. Situato in posizione centrale in una strada tranquilla vicino a zone umide con uccelli e fauna selvatica. La pista ciclabile conduce a ristoranti e negozi nel raggio di 400 metri. Il nostro obiettivo è fornire agli ospiti un modo economico e di alto valore per visitare Pagosa Springs. Il bagno e la cucina potrebbero essere utilizzati al minimo da noi o dagli inquilini dell'ufficio durante il normale orario di lavoro nei giorni feriali, ma generalmente sono al 98% a tua disposizione.

Your experience is enhanced with a gas grill, outdoor seating/dining table, fully outfitted kitchen, and even a clearing for campfire and stargazing. Deer and wild turkeys are frequent visitors. There is a front/back porch to enjoy Colorado sun with your own private hot tub (included in the price). Sorry, no pets!

This 500 sqft Cozy Cove is nestled in the woods. Very private and full of wildlife. Only five miles from Pagosa. We have the wonderful hot springs, awesome river rafting, hiking, close to two of the best train rides in the state! Delicious eateries and breweries. Year-round festivals. Fantastic live music. There IS heat and hot water. No air conditioning. I’m working on figuring out how to change that…🤨
