The Highview is nestled in a private setting with easy access. It offers a very spacious floor plan . Our 5 bedroom, 3 bath home is very big an empty since our boys have moved to Montana. So my husband and I and the baby of the family now our beagle (Princess) would like to share our wonderful space with folks. It would be perfect for for your family reunion, group retreat ,friends getaway or family attending a local Mad River Valley Wedding, a ski vacation, or any special occasion. Bring your own food. Make your own meals and enjoy all the amenities of the property. Well-appointed and impeccable are just two adjectives that would best describe our comfortable home. We welcome our guests to feel comfortable using the kitchen and relaxing through out the house. Main floor plan approximate square footage: 2000 (including common areas) Ground floor plan approximate square footage: 2500 (including common areas) The Highview features 4 comfortable bedrooms on on two separate floors. The main floor sleeps 4, 1 shared full bath /whirlpool, Bedrooms are private The ground floor sleeps 4, 1 shared full bath, Bedrooms are private Book the entire property for your family reunion, group retreat or friends getaway. Bring your own food. Make your own meals and enjoy all the amenities of the property. Package includes room for up to 8 people, bed linens, towels, use of a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. An additional charge of $100.00 per person per night for guests in addition to ten (8) will be assessed. Breakfast and daily housekeeping are not included. Owners live onsite. Excellent trails for snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and the VAST trails are right outside your door. Sugarbush and Mad River Ski resorts only 15 Minute drive, Stowe only 30 minutes away! Area Information: Nearby attractions include Stowe Mountain Resort, Sugarbush, Mad River Glen, Bolton Valley, Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream and Cold Hollow Cider Mill. Camel's Hump and Hunger Mountain are prime locations for hiking and viewing the fall foliage. The Waterbury Reservoir, Winooski and Lamoille Rivers are wonderful places to canoe, kayak, fish, camp, or swim. The town of Burlington on Lake Champlain, offers shopping, restaurants and any number of water activities. The State Capitol of Montpelier is also a short drive away. The cottage is central to many of Vermonts wonderful attractions. Questo chalet per 4-6 persone si trova in cima a una strada di montagna in un quartiere unico di case sciistiche. La casa si trova a un'altitudine più alta rispetto all'inizio di tutte le 5 linee di risalita della Bolton Valley (il che significa che dalla casa puoi sciare fino agli impianti di risalita o salire fino a 20 minuti fino in cima per le prime piste, anche se dovrai correre i nostri vicini ;)). La nostra casa bifamiliare pulita è completamente progettata per gli appassionati di snow-sport e allo stesso tempo considerando l'importanza del comfort e del divertimento après-ski. Il nostro spazio è perfetto per famiglie o coppie che cercano comodità e privacy, non spesso si trovano nel trambusto di una camera d'hotel. Avrai il WiFi, una TV satellitare con HBO, biancheria da letto, una cucina completa, un caminetto e una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice, tutto per te. Bolton Valley è famosa per le sue fantastiche piste da sci fuori pista e per essere la destinazione sciistica adatta alle famiglie. Il resort è la stazione sciistica più vicina a Burlington (30 minuti) e a stessa distanza da Montpelier e Stowe. Sareste solo 13 miglia di distanza da Waterbury; un hotspot per après-ski cibo, vino e birra. Ancora più vicino, c'è sempre la taverna del resort (breve passeggiata o sci). Goditi la nostra proprietà nel Vermont tutto l'anno, vivendo tutte e quattro le stagioni e le numerose attività all'aperto che questa zona offre! Dallo sci e dallo snowboard a Smugglers Notch, Stowe e Bolton Valley in inverno, alle escursioni in mountain bike, alle escursioni a piedi, alla pesca e al nuoto di prim'ordine in primavera, estate e autunno, c'è molto da fare per tutti!

Rilassati in questo accogliente chalet nascosto tra le Green Mountains. Circondato dalla foresta, tutto ciò che vedi sono gli alberi. Questa cabina appartata si trova tra la Mount Mansfield State Forest di 44.444 acri, 11.000 acri di terreno governativo, e la Preston Pond Conservation and Recreation Area di 400 acri. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molte opzioni escursionistiche. Siamo vicini a molte aree sciistiche e centri sportivi all'aperto. Ci troviamo tra Burlington e Stowe, ogni città a soli 30 minuti di auto.

Il mio alloggio è vicino a splendide viste, ristoranti e ristoranti e attività adatte alle famiglie. Ti piacerà la mia casa per i soffitti alti, i panorami, l'atmosfera, la posizione e le persone. Il mio posto è buono per coppie, viaggiatori d'affari, famiglie (con bambini) e grandi gruppi. Siamo a meno di 10 minuti da sci, golf e tennis. L'escursionismo è ovunque intorno a noi. Il rafting sul fiume è un ottimo passatempo. Tante serate sotto le stelle ascoltando musica a Sugarbush. Ottimi ristoranti!!!
