Vicino a un sacco di ottimi ristoranti e divertimenti, il tutto in un quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso.

🏖️ Rilassati con tutta la famiglia (anche animali domestici!) in questo tranquillo rifugio con 2 camere da letto e chalet. Goditi la vista sul lungomare dalla terrazza coperta. Fai colazione all'aperto nella zona schermata. Quando il fiume è rilassante, puoi farlo sul Sandbar che spesso raggiunge le cime. È una delizia per adulti, bambini e famiglie pelose. Dirigiti in città verso negozi , ristoranti e bar locali, oppure resta fuori e pesca al largo delle rive del fiume. Qui puoi anche gustare la torta e la ciliegina, a soli 5 minuti da DeWitt, IA.

La nostra graziosa suite è un'adorabile sistemazione situata nella pittoresca cittadina di Swisher (vicino all'aeroporto). Un edificio storico ristrutturato come graziosa suite nuziale o per lune di miele, lo spazio è adatto per feste di nozze, lune di miele o fughe tra ragazze. La suite può ospitare 7-8 persone, include una cucina completa e una romantica vasca idromassaggio. Ti piacerà raggiungere a piedi la caffetteria locale per gustare un pasticcino fatto in casa o soggiornare nel nostro rifugio da sogno sorseggiando un espresso.

Bellissimo e accogliente fienile nella tranquilla campagna

Goditi una vacanza rilassante sulla bellissima Sugar Bottom Road. Un posto ideale per gli appassionati di attività all'aperto, in qualsiasi stagione. Ideale anche per un relax tranquillo e privacy. Siamo una piccola proprietà a soli 15 minuti da Iowa City, a 7 minuti da Solon e a 30 minuti dall'aeroporto di Cedar Rapids. Il nostro fienile ristrutturato si trova sul retro della proprietà, dietro la casa. C'è una strada separata che porta al fienile per un parcheggio super comodo. È rustico, accogliente, caldo e invitante.

La Milk House è uno spazio unico situato in campagna, tra Iowa City e Kalona. Questa casa di 65 metri quadrati ha un ampio parcheggio e spazio per quattro adulti. La casa è ben arredata con una cucina completa, due lussuosi letti matrimoniali, wifi e Smart TV. Gli ospiti sono invitati a esplorare la nostra fattoria di 6 ettari con un sacco di bestiame e due cani amichevoli. Our place is close to everything! NOTE- Our home will sleep two adults and two children comfortably, but NOT 4 adults. A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in.
