Il loft al piano superiore dispone di un letto matrimoniale, un letto completo e un letto singolo, scrivania, armadio e tanto spazio. Il livello principale dispone di una cucina completa con zona pranzo, ampio soggiorno con due divani e una TV, e un bagno completo con lavatrice e asciugatrice. È un luogo ideale per soggiorni a lungo termine in quanto offre sistemazioni private e parcheggio fuori strada. Note: A causa di allergie, non è consentito fumare all'interno né introdurre animali domestici.

Questa struttura è situata nel luogo perfetto per ogni cacciatore, pescatore e navigatore. Siamo all'estremità settentrionale del lago Trumble, circondati da migliaia di acri di caccia pubblica. Siamo a soli 8 km da Lost Island e a 32 km dalla zona di Okoboji. Abbiamo un garage riscaldato per gli animali domestici, con alcune cucce in dotazione. Gli animali domestici sono i benvenuti e possono correre e giocare in cortile. Non è permessa la caccia nella proprietà. Ci sono 300 acri proprio oltre il torrente dove cacciare.
