Il piano principale ha un ampio soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto e conduce alla cucina abitabile. La lavanderia ha una bella vetrata a bovindo che si affaccia sull'ampio cortile posteriore. Le camere da letto al piano superiore dispongono di un bagno privato completo. C'è un ampio parcheggio nel vialetto per 2 o 3 veicoli.
