Beachstone House | a peaceful seaside escape

A recently refurbished traditional flint cottage located in the heart of the coastal village of Blakeney. This four bedroom cottage sleeps seven & includes one single room (with an additional pull out bed for an 8th guest if required). The cottage is a few minutes walk from the quay which offers crabbing, sailing, kayaking, bird watching and more while pubs & shops are also within easy walking distance. Further afield you can explore the many North Norfolk sandy beaches and charming villages.

Located next to the grade 1 listed St Margaret's church, it has fabulous views of the church and over the green. It is a short walk from the village centre with its famous deli, pottery, smoke house , cafe and windmill. The 3 swallows pub is 20m away and the Wiveton Bell is a 10 minute walk away. A 5 minute drive to the beach gives access to world class birdwatching and the seal colony at Blakeney Point.

This modern cottage, built with traditional Norfolk flint, is a moment’s walk from the coastal path, village harbour, shops and eateries. It offers total peace and quiet. I am afraid we are unable to accommodate children under 16. And we're unable to accept dogs or other pets. Parking for two cars.

There is off street parking on the drive, a private gated front entrance and patio. Patio doors from the living room open to private west facing patio. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. The perfect location for a stay in North Norfolk!
