L'appartamento si trova di fronte alle concessioni del lungomare della 97esima Strada, che offrono una deliziosa varietà di cibo, musica dal vivo e balli. A pochi passi troverai altri locali dove mangiare e bere, il noleggio di tavole da surf, la linea A della metropolitana e il traghetto. Nella stagione più calda, il balcone è perfetto per cene e drink. Anch'io vivo nell'appartamento e sarò presente durante il tuo soggiorno, ma lavoro per molte ore, quindi non ti accorgerai nemmeno di me.

Vista sullo skyline di Manhattan, a 30 minuti dall'aeroporto JFK, a 45 minuti da Manhattan in auto o con i mezzi di trasporto. Ogni dettaglio è curato con amore. Questo fantastico alloggio con camera da letto sul tetto si trova all'ultimo piano della mia casa. È molto spazioso e confortevole; ci sono due balconi situati all'estremità opposta della stanza. Questa è un'alternativa unica ai costosi alloggi di Manhattan. Buon divertimento!
