Koch Guesthouse

This spacious cabin sits on a small farm in Osage City, Kansas. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: loft bedroom with a queen bed, additional queen inflatable bed (17” high) downstairs and a twin bed downstairs. The cabin also has an open kitchen, bathroom with shower, wood-burning stove, surround-sound stereo and a TV (Netflix and YouTube available). You’ll have the entire place to yourselves. Be mindful that we often have cattle in the surrounding pasture.

Our property is nestled in the quiet Old West Lawrence neighborhood, just 4 blocks north of the KU football stadium and a short walking distance downtown. Drive 2 minutes to Mass street and 5 minutes to Jayhawk Blvd. Fresh and updated, the studio is a blend of southwestern cabin influence and local charm. The kitchenette and bathroom are new additions.
