Living space has desk, 70 Inch UHD 4k TV , Netflix , and WiFi. Kitchen has fridge, coffee maker, stove, microwave, toaster oven and essentials. Grill or relax outdoors as Miami Creek flows through summer. 400 ft dirt road from paved road with plenty of parking. Yosemite South gate is up Hwy 41 about 20 miles.

Close to Bass Lake and 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include queen bed, full size sofa bed, small sleeping loft with queen, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, A/C and heat, and a 6-hole disc golf course! Outside a dining table and separate sitting area with propane fire pit. This hilltop location provides total privacy. We are located less than 30 miles from Yosemite, Bass Lake, and Sugar Pine. This studio guest house sleeps 2 and is located in a quiet neighborhood which a great place to take a walk and enjoy the wildlife and mountain views. It has its own private entrance and small porch with garden seating.

We are centrally located to access Yosemite National Park through entrance. Bass lake is 10 min away from the home. They offer boat rentals and jet ski's for a day on the lake.
