Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

Lovely self-contained annex with shower room

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. PLEASE NOTE: ON BOOKING I’LL SEND DETAILED DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION ON ACCESSING THE ANNEX.

Quaint, quirky, clean and bright for you to relax in private, coming and going as you wish. Nestled in a safe, quiet area, perfectly situated for Hampton Court, Sandown Park Racing, Wimbledon Tennis, Bushy Park with its wild deer, the Thames and great shopping in Kingston. Breakfast included with pubs and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of two railway stations, direct into London. Twickenham Stadium is just under 30 minutes away. This beautiful Lodge is in a town which offers a great choice of individual shops, restaurants in an extremely attractive part of Surrey, our neighbourhood is friendly and quiet and we are a short walk from all amenities.

Situated just two miles from junction 10 on the M25 it is 30 minutes from Heathrow and Gatwick airports. London is a 40-minute train ride away. We are three miles from the Grange Park Opera.
