Splendida vista sul torrente dal portico schermato, eppure a pochi passi da tutto il cibo, il vino, l'arte e la vita Amish che Millheim ha da offrire. Alloggio perfetto per le partite della Penn State University o per le battute di pesca (si può anche pescare proprio fuori dalla porta sul retro!). Ottimo anche per soggiorni più lunghi (scrittura, arte, pesca, famiglia, football!). Comodo per un massimo di 8 persone. Questo è il nostro secondo anno che affittiamo il nostro alloggio e non vediamo l'ora di ospitarti. Nota bene: il servizio wifi è molto lento.

Benvenuto al Devils Elbow Cabin, il nostro chalet di recente costruzione in cima alla montagna, immerso nel bosco! Lo chalet si trova a soli 32 km dalla Penn State University, il che lo rende il luogo ideale in cui soggiornare mentre si partecipa a eventi all'University Park. Incastonato tra il Bald Eagle State Park e il Black Moshannon State Park, è il rifugio perfetto per chi desidera sfuggire alla frenesia della vita quotidiana e immergersi nella bellezza naturale dei grandi spazi aperti. La legna da ardere (per il focolare) è inclusa.

Questo spazio unico è un appartamento indipendente annesso alla nostra casa di nuova costruzione. Si trova in una fattoria a conduzione familiare nella splendida Penns Valley. Alleviamo bovini nutriti al 100% con erba, polli e maiali. Utilizziamo pratiche agricole sostenibili e investiamo in fonti rinnovabili solari e geotermiche. La vista mozzafiato è il motivo per cui la nostra bella casa moderna si trova sulla collina esposta a sud, che la inonda di luce naturale! Offriamo comfort, solitudine e relax, nonché attività e divertimento.

There is a coffee/tea cart in the hall with a Keurig K-cup machine, cups, spoons, forks, knives and snacks. There is also a small refrigerator and microwave oven. There is NOT a kitchen. The refrigerator will have complimentary bottled water and half & half. Please let me know if you would like something else in the fridge, like milk or heavy cream for your coffee/tea.

Our cottage lies on the outskirts of the quaint little town of Woodward, nestled along the woods, in the midst of Amish country. We are located halfway between State College (Penn State) and Lewisburg (Bucknell), approximately 40 minutes commute either way. This area is well known for hiking, biking, hunting and excellent fly fishing.
