This tri-level home has a bright open floor plan with soaring ceilings and breathtaking views of the canyon. All bedrooms have king beds. Enjoy starlight or sunrise views facing south! Two complete kitchens allows for two families to share the home and meals together or for private family time. Three outside decks allow for multiple viewing spots. Tons of fruit trees (fig, plum, cherry, apple, pear, apricot, peach) provide a bounty of fruit and shade. Only a 2 minute walk down to the creek!

It's 5 miles to Flagstaff and NAU, and 8 miles from historic downtown, and 23 miles from Snowbowl ski area.

Enjoy historic downtown flagstaff and home of NAU just 9 miles away. The drive to the grand Canyon is just 90 minutes away. perfect get away for summer, or winter.
