Il livello inferiore dispone di soggiorno, cucina, sala da pranzo e colazione, camera da letto principale e bagno. Il livello superiore è composto da una sala intrattenimento, due camere da letto e 1 bagno. Casa splendidamente arredata con cucina aggiornata di tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Goditi un'enorme terrazza con posti a sedere e una brezza alla zona giorno.(35-45 minuti) con le spiagge NC/SC.

Un rifugio dolce

Un posto ideale per rilassarsi, godersi un po' di tempo da soli o in famiglia. Recentemente sono stati apportati alcuni nuovi aggiornamenti al soggiorno e alla zona pranzo/veranda, e la vista sul lago dall'interno della casa è ancora migliore di prima! Ci sono due diversi rifugi sul molo dove rilassarsi e godersi i tramonti. A breve distanza in auto dal parco statale, dove potrai fare escursioni. Ci sono diversi posti intorno al lago per una buona pesca. Nelle vicinanze si trovano un negozio di alimentari, un grande magazzino e una stazione di servizio.

Goditi una pittoresca casa sul fiume lungo il naturale e panoramico fiume Waccamaw. Perfetta per la pesca, la nautica, il kayak o semplicemente per rilassarsi in riva al fiume!
