La baita si trova nella zona di Oark, nota per le ampie opportunità di attività all'aria aperta come escursioni, pesca, sentieri, galleggiamento ed esplorazione della bellezza naturale delle Ozarks. Questo splendido chalet offre il perfetto equilibrio tra fascino rustico e comfort moderno. Rilassati e goditi la vista mozzafiato dalla tua ampia terrazza che si affaccia sul torrente.

La Cass House è una casa con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni, con cucina completa, zona pranzo e zona giorno. La casa si trova su 10 ettari di terreno ed è circondata dalla foresta nazionale di Ozark. Dalla proprietà si accede al fiume Mulberry, a soli 100 metri a piedi dalla casa. Siamo in posizione centrale rispetto a una varietà di attrazioni e divertimenti all'aperto. Si trova sulla Hwy 215, a circa 6,4 km dal Byrd's Adventure Center, a 4,8 km da Turner Bend, a 4,8 km da Mulberry Mountain e a 3,2 km dalla Redding Recreation Area.

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo tranquillo chalet sui monti Ozark. Ci troviamo sulla panoramica Highway 215, vicino al fiume Mulberry. Siamo una località raggiungibile in auto e nelle immediate vicinanze di Turner Bend, Oark Cafe, Paradise Pizza Pub, area ricreativa di Redding e sentieri OHV/escursionistici. Completamente arredato. Accesso al bagno aggiuntivo nella dependance. Terreno di 2,5 acri circondato da boschi. Wifi gratuito, chiamate WiFi, Vizio e Roku TV. Chalet dell'host e altri alloggi in loco.

Baita Papa Bear al Serenity Campground

Vieni a goderti la natura delle Ozark. Ci troviamo all'estremità settentrionale della panoramica Highway 23 (Pig Trail). Vieni a fare rafting nelle Ozark. I sentieri di Mill Creek OHV e oltre 100 miglia di opportunità di equitazione distano 2,4 miglia dalla baita. Siamo a pochi passi dalla Ozark National Forest, dove è possibile fare molte escursioni di caccia e all'aperto. Il chalet si trova a 8 km dall'inizio del sentiero dell'Ozark Highland Trail. Nelle vicinanze si trovano molti altri sentieri panoramici!
