L'ultimo del suo genere nella tranquilla cornice familiare di Indian Shores, in Florida, a metà strada tra Clearwater Beach e Treasure Island/John's Pass. Un'esperienza tipica della "Vecchia Florida", con pavimenti originali in pino, veranda e portici coperti, oltre a cucina e bagno rinnovati. Questa casa, costruita in modo unico vicino al livello del suolo, permette di essere fronte mare sulla spiaggia, ma allo stesso tempo ombreggiati da enormi pini. Non troverai un ambiente più tranquillo sulla spiaggia.

This awesome beach cottage, known as The Historic Holly House, has some unique history. In 1961 the New York Yankees rented out all the cottages in this Coney Island area for spring training.
