Situato lungo la 39/90hwy - a 90 minuti da Chicago e a 30 minuti da Madison. Perfetta per intrattenere: completamente rifornita, pulita professionalmente, a pianta aperta, con 3 piani all'aperto, zona pranzo e patio, sala giochi e molto altro!

Chalet di campagna con piccola cucina, PICCOLO BAGNO, ampio portico, giardini e uccelli a bizzeffe. Situato in campagna a sud di Madison, nel Wisconsin. Goditi la vita di campagna, tranquilla ma abbastanza vicina alla città per goderti le attività di Madison o l'Opera House di Stoughton. Sauna, focolare, escursioni, chiedi informazioni sugli animali domestici. Il wifi è disponibile ma non affidabile: si tratta di un ambiente di campagna con connessioni lente. Per favore, contattami per quanto riguarda gli animali domestici prima di prenotare.

La nostra casa si trova proprio di fronte al lago. Abbiamo accesso al lago tramite una spiaggia privata che tutti usano nella zona. Non abbiamo un dock per il tuo utilizzo. Girare a sinistra fuori dalla casa a Lake Shore Dr. Poi a sinistra per sentiero situato a 30 metri sul lato destro. Quando usi la spiaggia, tieni a mente anche gli altri che potrebbero usarla. Usa un galateo appropriato, rispetta gli altri, guinzaglia i tuoi cani e assicurati di pulire la zona quando esci. ANIMALI DOMESTICI NEGOZIABILI, solo SU RICHIESTA

A pochi chilometri di distanza dal tubing sul fiume Sugar. A un'ora da Madison e a 30 minuti da Beloit, Monroe o Janesville. Our 3 Bedroom, 12 Bathroom House is located directly on the shores of Lake Koshkonong. The back deck overlooks thousands of acres of lake with endless lake views. Just steps off the deck, one can enjoy the grassy landscape leading to the lakeside fire-pit. Then continue out onto the end of the 140 foot top notch pier. The pier (seasonally of course) includes a bench on the end and stairs into the water so that you can take a refreshing swim on our sandy bottom shoreline.
