Only 2 minutes walk to beach and 12 minutes walk along the beach to Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.

La proprietà è gestita secondo principi biologici e dispone di un frutteto di mango, un apiario, aiuole di verdure e vari altri alberi da frutto e da noci. Ci sono un grande pozzo, giardini paesaggistici e una boscaglia autoctona infinita.
