This has been exclusively my home for the past 7 years. It still is my home but I recently remolded a private wing for guests and after being in hibernation for a few years, it is back on the market for visitors with a private entrance & completely private quarters. This unit is by far the nicest in the building, one of the nicest in all of Denver. Holdovers include a letter press, a life-sized carousel horse, a metal peacock sculpture, and a golden mirror (that is 8 feet tall and 4-1/2 feet wide). A quirky mix of industrial and glam elements create a moody welcoming environment.
