Apartment in West Babylon, NY.

It’s a private basement, quiet place. It stays comfy all year. It has separate entrance. There is converter which can be used as cooling and heating. Tea coffee supplies are available as complimentary. Water bottle & snack basket is their WiFi is available and you can enjoy Netflix YouTube. There is one queen bed in one room and one twin bed in other room so 3 people can comfortably sleep with their privacy. The place is 6 min close to LIRR by car. DoorDash and Uber eats deliver the food easily.

The guest will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Extremely fast and capable WiFi for guests to work and stream. No extra people or visitors allowed. No service animals due to shared house and health hazard to cleaners. Communicate any issues after checkin and cancel if it doesnot work for you. Plz be sure to review all the details before booking. Not recommended for guests over the height of 6.1. Compact shower not idle for tall guests. Cameras on exterior.thnx

We are 10 minutes away to MacArthur Airport in Islip, 5 minutes to shopping center where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, and stores. We are 10 minutes away from LIRR train station where you can get a ride to Manhattan. Although the studio is centrally located a car or Uber is recommended,. You'll have your own bathroom, kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, air conditioner, tv with cable and internet. Our study is a FREE SMOKING PLACE! Not smoking or vaping!

My place is a fully renovated studio with a full size Murphy bed ,private bathroom and private entrance. It is walking distance from the LIRR and other public transport. 45 mins away from Penn Station via LIRR. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Road side parking available. Very close to Nautical Mile bars and restaurants.
