2 bed /2 bath luxury barn conversion with hot tub

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The four poster room has en-suite shower room and the second bedroom (twin or super king) has access to bathroom with shower above. Thanks for looking .

Cefn Bach, charming cottage in a super location.

Superb accommodation at an amazingly affordable price with fantastic reviews. Cefn Bach sleeps four. One double and one twin bedroom. Bed linen and towels supplied. Good Wi-Fi. Games barn with table football, pool table and table tennis. Bathroom on the ground floor includes a luxury walk in shower, heated towel rail, washbasin, toilet and shaving point. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated oven, hobs and fridge. A utility room provides a washing machine, microwave and ample storage.

Luxury Snowdonia Cottage With Stunning Lake Views

"Glyn Mawr Holiday Cottage" is a beautiful, newly renovated cottage with stunning views over Bala lake and mountains. It's set back in it's own valley and has incredible 360 degree views of nature. It's just 10 mins drive from Bala town and walking distance to the lake. Patio doors from the lounge open onto a side garden where you can enjoy BBQs, and in the garden behind there are views of Bala lake and mountains. There's a kingsize bed upstairs + a kingsize sofa bed downstairs to sleep four.

Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

A fantastic base for walking or just chilling, the local, recently refurbished pub a short walk away. The cottage is cozy and comfortable, has full central heating and a log/coal burner. 1x double bed, 1x single and a double sofa bed in the lounge if needed. Bala town & lake 10mins drive. This end terrace cottage has a quirky style of its own. It has full central heating. Lounge is a good size with sofa and a matching arm chair, dining table, electric fire (log burner effect). It has a staircase that leads to a gallery landing and mezanine bedroom, with a king size bed, and en-suite shower room. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven. Ground floor W.C.
